“حمید نوری” جنایتکار ضد‌بشری که در دادگاه سوئد محکوم به زندان ابد شده بود و در دادگاه تجدید‌نظر نیز همان رأی تأیید شد، به بهانه تبادل با دو شهروند سوئدی متأسفانه آزاد شد.
آزاد کردنِ حمید نوری در قالب “تبادل زندانی”! اقدامی غیرِحقوقی و توهین به شأن، استقلال و رأی دادگاه و دستگاه قضاییه سوئد است و نشان از زبونی یا فرصت‌طلبی سیاست‌مداران دولت سوئد با انگیزه‌های سیاسی یا منافعِ تجاری دارد، زیرا این اقدام نابخردانه، نه تنها موجبات تشویق تروریسم دولتی در رژیم ایران و جهان می‌شود، بلکه کمکی به بازدارندگی در گروگانگیری توسط این قبیل دولت‌ها نمی‌کند.
دولت سوئد می‌توانست با استفاده از سایر ابزار تشویقی یا تنبیهی در چارچوب دیپلماسی و حقوق بین‌الملل، اقدام به آزاد‌سازی شهروندانِ خود کند بجای آنکه با این مبادله! باعث تحقیرِ دستگاه قضایی کشور سوئد در نزد مردم سوئد، ایران و جهانیان بشود.
اقدامی توهین‌آمیز به مبارزات اخیر ملت ایران در قالب “زن زندگی آزادی” و توهینی آشکار به همه تلاشگران حقوق‌بشر و مدنیت که طیِ برگزاری آن دادگاه سعی به اجرای عدالت کردند. توهین به قضات محترم و سایر مشارکت کنندگان تا شاهدان و مردمی که پیگیرِ اجرای عدالت در یک جامعه توسعه یافته با ارزش‌های انسانی بودند.
این مبادله! پیامی تشویق کننده برای دولت‌های تروریست دارد و پیامی یأس‌آور برای مبارزات مدنیِ عدالت‌خواهانه و حقوق‌بشری در چارچوب قانون، که موجب تأسف است.

Nous condamnons la libération de Hamid Nouri par le gouvernement suédois.
Hamid Nouri, un criminel reconnu coupable de crimes contre l’humanité et condamné à la réclusion à perpétuité par le tribunal suédois, peine confirmée en cour d’appel, a été libéré sous prétexte d’un échange avec deux citoyens suédois.
Libérer Hamid Nouri sous forme d’« échange de prisonniers » est un acte illégal et une insulte à la dignité, à l’indépendance et à l’intégrité du système judiciaire suédois. Cela révèle l’opportunisme des dirigeants politiques suédois, motivés par des intérêts politiques ou commerciaux. Cet acte irresponsable ne fait qu’encourager le terrorisme d’État pratiqué par le régime iranien et au-delà, tout en incitant ces gouvernements à continuer de prendre des otages.
Le gouvernement suédois aurait pu recourir à d’autres moyens de pression diplomatique ou juridique pour obtenir la libération de ses citoyens, au lieu d’humilier ainsi son propre système judiciaire aux yeux des peuples suédois, iraniens et du monde entier.
C’est un affront aux récentes luttes de la nation iranienne, symbolisées par le mouvement “Femme, Vie, Liberté”, et une insulte envers tous les militants des droits de l’homme qui ont œuvré pour la justice. Cela méprise le travail des juges, des témoins et de tous ceux qui ont cherché à rendre justice dans une société respectueuse des valeurs humaines.
Cet échange envoie un message encourageant aux États terroristes et un signal désespérant pour les luttes civiles en faveur de la justice et des droits de l’homme dans le cadre du droit, ce qui est profondément regrettable.

We strongly condemn the release of a criminal (Hamid Nouri) by the Swedish government.*
“Hamid Nouri”, a convict with crimes against humanity who was first sentenced to life imprisonment in the Swedish court and again, the same sentence was confirmed in the appeal court, was unfortunately released on the pretext of exchanging with two Swedish citizens.
Freeing Hamid Nouri in the form of “prisoner exchange” is an illegal act and an insult to the dignity, independence, and judgment of the Swedish court and judicial system. This appalling act only serves to highlight the contempt, and the greed and the opportunism of the politicians in the Swedish government. This is clearly driven by political motives and / or commercial interests. This unwise action, not only encourages state terrorism in the Iranian regime as well as other countries, but it also does nothing to deter hostage taking by such governments.
The Swedish government could have freed its citizens by using other incentives or punishment tools within the framework of diplomacy and international law, instead of the release under the pretext of exchange! This shameful act has humiliated the Swedish judicial system in the eyes of the people of Sweden, Iran and the world.
An insulting act to the recent struggles of the Iranian nation in the form of “Woman Life Freedom” and a clear insult to all human rights and civil activists who struggle to implement justice in the court of law. Insulting honourable judges and other contributors to witnesses and people who were pursuing justice in a developed society with human values.
This exchange has an encouraging message for terrorist governments and a disappointing message for civil struggles for justice and human rights within the framework of the law,

Wij veroordelen de vrijlating van een misdadiger (Hamid Nouri) door de Zweedse Regering
Hamid Nouri, een misdadiger tegen de mensheid was reeds in Zweden, door de rechtbank en later door een Gerechtshof, veroordeeld tot levenslang. Hij is helaas tijdens een zo genaamd “gevangenenruil” met twee Zweedse burgers, vrijgelaten.
Dit gebeuren is juridisch onjuist en een belediging van een onafhankelijke rechtbank en het uitgesproken vonnis en tevens schadelijk voor het aanzien van Zweden als een rechtsstaat.
Vrijlating van Hamid Nouri onder de mom van “gevangenenruil” is een teken van zwakte en opportunisme van de politici van de Zweedse Regering met de politieke en handelsoogmerken. Want het is niet alleen een steun in de rug van het staatsterrorisme door het regiem in Iran en elders, maar het saboteert tevens het streven om het terrorisme door dit soort regiems te bestrijden.
De Zweedse Regering had de mogelijkheid om andere straf of aanmoedigings middelen, van diplomatieke of internationaalrechtelijke aard te gebruiken om haar Burgers vrij te krijgen in plaats van met zo een ruil! het aanzien van de Zweedse Justitie bij de Zweedse, Iraanse en internationale publieke opinie te beschadigen.
